1. Using Cardora
Cardora provides tools to create, publish, and share digital business cards, public profiles, vCards, QR codes, and wallet passes. You are responsible for the information you add to your cards and for keeping it accurate, lawful, and appropriate to share.
2. Accounts
You must provide accurate account information and keep access to your account secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact us promptly.
3. Acceptable Use
Do not use Cardora to publish unlawful, misleading, harmful, infringing, abusive, or deceptive content. Do not attempt to interfere with Cardora, bypass security controls, scrape the service at scale, or use the service to send spam or malicious links.
4. Public Profiles and Sharing
Published cards and public profile links are intended to be shared. Anyone with a public profile link may be able to view the information you publish. You should not add private or sensitive information to public cards unless you want recipients to see it.
5. Wallet Passes
Apple Wallet and Google Wallet features depend on third-party platforms and device behavior. Cardora may change, pause, or limit wallet functionality while those integrations are tested, maintained, or changed by Apple, Google, or related service providers. Apple Wallet pass push updates are not part of the initial launch; after published edits, users may need to regenerate or re-add a pass for the latest details.
6. Plans and Billing
Cardora offers free, paid, trial, or promotional access. Paid subscriptions are processed by a third-party payment provider. If you are on a paid plan, you agree to pay applicable fees and taxes, to keep billing information accurate, and to let the provider charge your payment method on the billing cycle shown at checkout. Plan features, limits, and prices may change from time to time, with notice where required.
You can manage cancellation, payment methods, and invoices through the billing portal when available. Unless a separate written refund policy or applicable law requires otherwise, fees are non-refundable and cancellations take effect at the end of the current paid period.
7. Intellectual Property
You keep ownership of content you add to Cardora. You grant Cardora permission to host, process, display, and transmit that content as needed to provide the service. Cardora and its software, design, branding, and documentation remain Cardora property.
8. Disclaimers and Limits
Cardora is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent allowed by law, Cardora disclaims implied warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
9. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if these terms are violated, if required for security, or if we reasonably believe your use creates legal or operational risk. You may stop using Cardora at any time. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.
10. Changes
We may update these terms as the service evolves. If changes are material, we will make reasonable efforts to provide notice through the service or by email. Continued use of Cardora after updated terms take effect means you accept the revised terms.
