What to Include

Please include the email address on your Cardora account, the card or profile link involved, and a brief description of what happened. For wallet pass issues, include the device and browser you used and whether you were adding, updating, or removing the pass. For billing issues, include the plan, workspace name if relevant, and the approximate checkout or invoice date.

Email Support

Cardora currently provides customer support by email. We review support requests Monday through Friday and aim to respond within two business days. We do not offer public phone support at this time.

Account and Data Requests

For account access, profile updates, card removal, or data requests, contact support from the email address associated with your Cardora account when possible.

If you believe a Cardora account, public profile, or wallet pass is being misused, email support@cardora.io with relevant links or screenshots so we can review the report.
